Each Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnership is managed by a Maple Leaf Flow-Through Management Corp. which is also known as the 'General Partner'. The Parent Company of the General Partner is Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. The Investment Fund Manager of each Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnership is CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.

Mr. Cartwright is Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp. and Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. Further, Mr. Cartwright is a Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income Management Corp. and Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. He is also Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.

Mr. Cartwright is also CEO and a Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.

Shane Doyle, BA, MBA - Managing Partner, PRESIDENT, CEO & Director

Mr. Doyle is President, CEO and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp., the General Partner of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnerships and a Managing Partner and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. Further he is the President and a Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Energy Income Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. and the President and a Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.

Mr. Doyle is also President and a Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.
