Executive Management Team



Each Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Income Limited Partnership is managed by Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Income Management Corp. also known as the 'General Partner'.  The parent company of the General Partner is Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Ltd.  

The Executive Management team and/or Board of Directors of the General Partner are comprised of a group of experienced professionals and engineers with a proven and established success in the Canadian financial services and the energy investment management business.

 

HUGH CARTWRIGHT, B.COMM - CHAIRMAN & DIRECTOR

Mr. Cartwright is the Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Income Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp.  Further, he is the Chairman and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp., the General Partner of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnerships and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.
Mr. Cartwright is also CEO and a Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CADO Investment Fund Management Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry specializing in structured finance, syndication and fund administration.

SHANE DOYLE, BA, MBA - chief executive officer & Director

Mr. Doyle is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Income Management Corps, the General Partners of Maple Leaf Oil & Gas Royalty Income Limited Partnerships and of Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp.  Further, he is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp., the General Partner of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnerships and President and a Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.

Mr. Doyle is also President and a Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.
