Overview

Maple Leaf Critical Minerals 2026 Enhanced Flow-Through Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) is designed to provide holders of National Class Units (“Limited Partners”) with an investment in a diversified portfolio of Flow-Through Shares of Resource Companies primarily engaged in the mining (and in particular Mining for Critical Minerals) and energy sectors incurring Eligible Expenditures across Canada with a view to maximizing the tax benefits of an investment in National Class Units and achieving capital appreciation and/or income for Limited Partners. National Class Limited Partners must be residents of or are liable to pay income tax in Canada.

In order to provide Limited Partners with liquidity and the potential for long-term growth of capital and income, the General Partner intends to implement a Liquidity Event on or before June 30, 2027. The General Partner presently intends the Liquidity Event will be a Mutual Fund Rollover Transaction.
