The Executive Management team has over 60 years of experience in fund management, administration, and flow-through investment tax reporting.

Maple Leaf Flow-Through Management Corp. manages each Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnership, also called the “General Partner.” The Parent Company of the General Partner is Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. CADO Investment Fund Management Inc. acts as the Investment Fund Manager for each Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnership.

Mr. Cartwright holds the position of Chairman and Director at Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp. and Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. Additionally, he serves as Chairman and Director at Maple Leaf Energy Income Management Corp. and Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. Furthermore, he is the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.

Mr. Cartwright also holds the position of CEO and Director at CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.

Mr. Doyle holds a significant number of key positions within Maple Leaf companies. Specifically, he serves as the President, CEO, and Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Management Corp., which functions as the General Partner of Maple Leaf Short Duration Flow-Through Limited Partnerships. Additionally, he is a Managing Partner and Director of Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. Furthermore, Mr. Doyle assumes the role of President and Director of Maple Leaf Energy Income Management Corps., which acts as the General Partner of both Maple Leaf Energy Income Limited Partnerships and Maple Leaf Energy Income Holdings Corp. Moreover, he serves as the President and Director of Maple Leaf Corporate Funds Ltd.

Mr. Doyle is also the of President and Director of CADO Bancorp Ltd. and its wholly owned subsidiary, CADO Investment Fund Management Inc.
